御知行（ごちぎょう）八十貫文を新規にお与えいただき、小梁川（こやながわ）の苗字と家督を相続することをお許しいただいた上で、野手崎村において御知行と在郷屋敷ともにお与えくださるとの御意（ごい）により、このように申し渡します。民部は現在江戸におり、豊前は病気のため、当分の間御用を免ぜられておりますので、連署（加判）することができません。以上。

A new stipend of eighty kan-mon has been granted, and permission has been given to succeed to the Koyanagawa family name and headship. Furthermore, in the village of Notezaki, both the stipend and the residential estate in the countryside are hereby granted. This notification is issued in accordance with the above-stated will. As Minbu is currently in Edo, and Buzen has been temporarily excused from duties due to illness, they are unable to add their seals to this document. That is all.
