○伊駒山（いこまやま） ●『三河もしほ草』によると、賀茂郡足助から六里ほど北東の牛地村にある山脈の高山である。俗に駒山と呼ぶ。
●『三河雀』によると、牛地村の円通山生馬寺、猿曳の生馬山の札がこれである。名所として知られる生駒山はこれを指すのだろうか。●『刪補松』によると、足助の北東で、設楽郡とも言う。

●考察するに、古歌に詠まれる伊駒山は、『八雲御抄』（巻五・三丁）に「いこま山（大和・河内国近辺か、両国の名所か）」とあるように、大和または河内にあるもので、すべて三河のものではないだろう。それは以下の通りである。
『万葉集』（巻二十） 難波津を漕ぎ出て見れば神々しい伊駒の山を越えて我は来た
『夫木集』 高安に移ってしまったな時鳥よ、伊駒の山を越えて鳴いている
『名寄』 難波の人よ振り返って見るだろう、古里の伊駒高根の初桜を
これらは河内国である。なお『万葉集』巻十・十五・二十等にも歌がある。
『新古今集』 秋篠や外山の里で時雨れているのだろうか、生駒の嶽に雲がかかっている

○Mount Ikoma According to "Mikawa Moshio-gusa," it is a high mountain in the mountain range located in Ushiji Village, about six ri northeast of Asuke in Kamo District. It is commonly called Koma-yama.
According to "Mikawa Suzume," this refers to the temple placard of Entsuzan Ikuma-ji temple in Ushiji Village and Ikuma-yama of Saruhiki. Could this be what is meant by the famous Mount Ikoma? According to "Sanpo Matsu," it is northeast of Asuke and is also called Shitara District.

The Ikoma-yama that appeared in the distant clouds turned out to be at the foot of spring haze.
Upon examination, the Ikoma-yama sung in ancient poems, as noted in "Yakumo Gyosho" (Volume 5, page 3) as "Ikoma-yama (near Yamato and Kawachi provinces, or a famous place in both provinces)," is located in Yamato or Kawachi, and not all references are to the one in Mikawa. This is evident from the following:
"Man'yoshu" (Volume 20): Rowing out from Naniwa harbor, I crossed the divine Ikoma mountain to come here
"Fuboku-shu": The cuckoo has moved to Takayasu, calling as it crosses Ikoma mountain
"Nayose": People of Naniwa will look back to see the first cherry blossoms of Ikoma's high peak in their old village
These refer to Kawachi Province. There are also poems in Man'yoshu volumes 10, 15, 20, etc.
"Shinkokin-shu": Is it raining in Akishino or in the village of Toyama? Clouds hang over Mount Ikoma
"Gyokuyoshu": Mount Ikoma where the morning sun shines appears clearly, with mist rising from Akishino village
These likely refer to locations in Yamato.
