現代語訳
再び出役することについて、少しも厭わず、冥加を心得ている様子が見受けられ、進んで申し出ている趣に聞こえ、至極なことではあるが、もはや来月になれば一月間の農繁期の時節でもあり、当月限りで百姓たちの出役手伝いを休ませることにする。したがって、右の運搬並びに前段の通り、いずれも心得よく奮発して精を出し、堀浚いを速やかに取り掛かる者、村々の役人たちが出役する百姓たちへ漏れなく申し聞かせ、格段に骨折りする様子を励ますべきこと。
ただし来月朔日に川口を切り明けるよう運ぶべく申し付けること。
この段も申し聞かせ置くべきこと。

Regarding appearing for duty again, it is heard that they show no reluctance whatsoever and demonstrate an attitude of understanding divine favor, willingly volunteering for service. While this is most admirable, since next month will be the busy farming season lasting one month, the peasants' assistance duty shall be suspended from this month onward. Therefore, regarding the aforementioned transportation work and as stated in the previous section, all should maintain proper understanding, work diligently with dedication, and promptly undertake the dredging work. Village officials should inform all peasants appearing for duty without exception and encourage them to make extraordinary efforts.
However, arrangements should be made to clear the river mouth on the first day of next month.
This matter should also be communicated and noted.
