如何之事ニ候条已後之義ハ取究之通廿日迄ニ
出来不申出候村々ハ相行着候之普請引上
申付候条右様可相心得候
一御普請取懸之日限幷出来案内之儀ハ
是迄御普請役手元迄申出候得共以後ハ
御普請役へ申出ニ不及面々手元へ申出候様可仕候

相心得罷在篤と申聞以来不都合之義無之様
屹と相心得可申候尤當年之義ハ初願帋面
最早疾指出有之候事故昨年ゟ前条之通
相心得仕様写取之義ハ當年ゟ前顕之通

いかがなことに候条、已後の義はとり究めの通り二十日までに出来申し出でず候村々は、相行き着き候の普請引き上げ申し付け候条、右様心得るべく候。
一、御普請取り懸かりの日限並びに出来案内の義は、これまで御普請役手元まで申し出で候えども、以後は御普請役へ申し出でに及ばず、面々手元へ申し出で候様仕るべく候。
右の通り向後とり究め候条、第一その方共重々厚く心得罷り在り、篤と申し聞け、以来不都合の義無きよう、屹と心得申すべく候。もっとも当年の義は初願紙面最早疾く指し出であり候事故、昨年より前条の通り心得仕り、様写取りの義は当年より前顕の通り心得申すべく候。
