候えども以後の義は御郡代直々に受け取り候条、右様心得、その節尋ねに及ぶ義があれば、暮れ向き等が出来仕る者が罷り出る様に仕るべきである。
一、御普請願いのその処で積役が見分の上、仕様を相立てれば、御普請役手元へ村役人の内が罷り出て仕様を写し取らせ候。これまでの成り来たりに候えども、已後の義は初願持参の節と同断、村毎の役人並びに頭百姓一両人同道して罷り出て、仕様を写し取り罷り帰った上は、外の役人はもちろん百姓共一統、右の仕様書を篤と見及ばせ置き、御普請に相手懸かり候節は、人夫の義について雇い人夫を召し仕らず、百姓共が出役仕り御普請を相仕立てる様に仕るべきである。
