土州木川流之義先年ゟ御取究被仰付
有之義ニ候得者小仕成歩行等ニ至迄都而
御他領懸組候義ハ不相調御成行ニ候處
心得違之者有之哉ニ相聞候ニ付已後右等
不弁之者無之様祖谷山中此度取究ニ
付而者外村々之義も同断取究不置而ハ
心得違之者出来之程無覚束候ニ付右
之段其方共組村々邊々旨急度申渡
當秋宗門下判之砌村切人別請判申付
右受書取都メ置候上其段書付を以案
内可申出候事

○【朱】組頭・庄屋共への申し聞かせ書
【五十六】
土州木川流の件について、先年より御取り調べを仰せ付けられていることであるので、小さな仕事の歩行（人足）などに至るまで、すべて他領にかかわる組み合わせは調整されないという成り行きとなっているところ、心得違いの者がいるようであると聞いている。そのため今後はそのような不届きな者がないよう、祖谷山中をこの度取り調べることについては、他の村々についても同様に取り調べをしておかなければ、心得違いの者が出現することが心配である。そのため右の件について、そなたたち組の村々の隅々まで趣旨を厳重に申し渡し、当秋の宗門下判の際に村ごとの人別請判を申し付け、右の受書を取りまとめた上で、その件を書付をもって報告すること。
寅年閏七月
右の件は閏七月一日に御役場へお呼びがかかった上で、宮城麻太郎殿より仰せ渡されたことである。

Regarding the matter of the Doshū Kigawa-ryū, since investigations have been ordered from previous years, it has become the situation that any arrangements involving other domains, down to even small work gangs, cannot be coordinated. However, it has been heard that there may be some who misunderstand this policy. Therefore, to ensure that there will be no such ignorant persons in the future, regarding the current investigation of the Iya mountain region, unless similar investigations are conducted in other villages as well, there is concern that persons with mistaken understanding may emerge. For this reason, regarding the above matter, strictly convey this directive to every corner of the villages in your groups, order the individual population certificates (jinbetsu ukebан) by village during this autumn's religious sect certification, collect these certificates, and after compiling them, report the matter with a written document.
