之慶も無之引合ニ候得者所務書入借財
幷内借とも當冬季之義者六ケ月右同断
元利半数指入可申候尤當季相馳候元利
之義者夫々借財年限明銀主共へ指入

但御仕解拝借上納銀之義も諸拝借

その恩恵もない状況であるから、所務（領地経営）の書入借財並びに内借についても、当冬季については六ヶ月間、右同様に元利半額を納入することとする。もっとも当季に猶予された元利については、それぞれの借財年限が明けた際に銀主たちへ納入するようにすること。このように仰せ付けられた趣旨は、一般民衆の困窮を助け合うという厚いご配慮によるものであるから、いささかも粗略に心得ることなく、よく理解して少しも不都合なことがないよう、正しい道理に基づいて継続するよう申し聞かせること。右の趣旨を御家中並びに大里住・池田住・三名士・牟岐浦住・木岐浦住の面々、寺社へも通達すること。もっとも身分の低い末々の者たちについては、それぞれの支配役などから伝達するよう。また町御奉行・御普請奉行・御郡代・御蔵奉行・新御蔵奉行・北御蔵奉行の面々へも申し聞かせ、了解していただくよう、本〆中に申し達すること。
