一、小高取（下級役人）の件について、一郡から総代一、二人を呼び出し、御趣意を申し渡し、党類一同に申し継がせた上で、総代の者が御礼を申し出ること
一、組頭・庄屋について、一郡から二人を呼び出し、小高取以外の切田御扶持方等を下賜されている者たちへそれぞれ申し聞かせ、かつ郡中一同に御趣意を申し聞かせるよう申し渡すこと
ただし、右の申し聞かせが済んだ上で、組頭・庄屋から御礼を申し出ること

Concerning group heads and village headmen: Two persons from each county shall be summoned, they shall convey the message to those who receive kirieda御扶持方 (stipend allocations) other than kotakatori, and furthermore, they shall be instructed to convey the policy directive to all within the county.
However, after completing the above notifications, the group heads and village headmen shall express their gratitude.
1. Concerning guard personnel: One representative from each county shall be summoned, the policy directive conveyed to them, and after relaying it to all concerned and confirming receipt, the representative shall express their gratitude.
