御家中之面々幷無格末々ニ至迄何れも追々
困窮ニ相及候趣ニ相聞且近年ハ異国国【ヵ】渡来も
有之右御警衛被蒙
仰付ニ付諸士始多人数江戸表へ被召寄幷兼而
南方筋異国船御手當も追々厳重ニ被仰付候
事ニ候得ハ武備等之処尚更手厚相心得候ハ
勿論之事ニ候得共當時之時會御家中之
面々無格ニ至迄此上貧窮ニ行迫り候而ハ
御備ニも相懸り且ハ弥以可及難渋ニも将又
近年莫大之御入目被指償之御場合ニハ候へ共
別段之懸りニ付別段之思召を以當冬壱季
歩一五割増共上納御用捨披仰付御仕解方
拝借之義も當冬季ゟ皆繰上納之利足

覚
御家中の面々並びに無格の末々に至るまで、いずれも追々困窮に及んでいる趣に相聞こえ、かつ近年は異国船の渡来もあり、右の御警備を仰せ付けられるにつき、諸士をはじめ多人数を江戸表へ召し寄せられ、並びに兼ねてから南方筋の異国船御手当ても追々厳重に仰せ付けられている事であるから、武備等の処はなお更手厚く心得るのは勿論のことであるが、当時の時勢では御家中の面々、無格に至るまで、この上貧窮に行き迫った場合には、御備えにも支障をきたし、かつますます難渋に及ぶであろう。また近年莫大な御入用を指し償われる御場合ではあるが、別段の掛かりにつき、別段の思し召しをもって当冬一季、歩一五割増しとも上納御用捨を仰せ付けられ、御仕解方拝借の義も当冬季から皆繰り上げ納入の利足
