相建粥等被下為取凌候所ゟ村内ハ勿論他村たりとも相民互ニ繰合

書状により御意向を得られた件について、胡乱な者の取り調べに関し、別紙にて市郷へ相談の書状が来ております。
十一日に与頭庄屋へ申し渡しが行われる予定ですので、十一日の出勤までに写しを取った上で御役所へお持参いただくよう申し伝えいたします。このことを郡代が申し聞かせておりますので、その通りご承知いただき、写しを取った上で早々に回達していただきますよう。与頭庄屋については、諸郡とも十一日朝五つ半時（午前9時頃）に呼び出しとなっております。

The district magistrate has instructed that you should understand this matter accordingly, make copies, and circulate them promptly. Regarding the village headmen, they are to be summoned from all districts at 5:30 AM (around 9:00 AM) on the morning of the 11th.

Regarding their livelihood, among the tsunami and various fires and collapsed houses in different places, those who are particularly impoverished and cannot even secure daily provisions are gradually receiving government assistance, and in some locations, temporary shelters have been built and rice gruel distributed to help them survive.
