一、郷鉄砲の者の使役方法について、これまでの通り本人が本人として仕えるべきであるが、本人が老年や病気等で嫡男がいる者については、代理の準備願いを出した上で指図に従うこと

1. Rural inspectors and rural gunners who patrol the countryside shall prepare registers clearly showing the names of each person in their respective areas, down to and including the outcasts serving in rotation.
2. Regarding the method of arresting gamblers, establish patrol plans stating how to handle matters according to each specific location, and this too shall be written out.
3. Regarding the employment of rural gunners, as before, the person himself shall serve as himself, but in cases where the person is elderly or ill and has an eldest son, a request for a substitute shall be submitted and instructions shall be followed.
