ただし、この度元締めの面々の演達の趣旨を、村浦の役人共をはじめに申し聞かせ、いずれも追々承知させる時は、心得違いもいよいよ改まるようになるのではないかと存じるため、なお程よく了簡を遂げるべきである。以上
