一處々御境目ゟ入込候四国辺路之義日数十五日切と
　入切手ニ相認相渡候様与頭庄屋共ゟ御番人へ
　申通可申事
一加田舩之義ハ御役場ニ而取究向遂指図可申事
一市中幷御山下村浦之義ハ辺路報謝札相渡
　不申様可仕事
　　　但諸郡之義報謝札郡切ニ而他郡へ者相及
　　　ばせ不申様取究可申事
一郷鉄砲召仕方之義ハ父子有之者ハ惣領郷目付
　代り申出之通可取計勿論惣領無之者之義ハ
　組々之趣ニゟ本人召仕候而も不苦候事
一博奕取究之義ハ演舌申聞之通
　【貼り紙】此御演舌之義ハ處々ゟ一時ニ召捕御役場へ

○【朱書き】　卯年正月十三日に再度申し渡された書付の写し

一、各所の境界から入り込む四国遍路について、日数は十五日限りと入場許可証に記載して渡すよう、与頭・庄屋らから番人へ申し通すこと

一、加田船については役場で取り調べを行い、指示を出すこと

一、市中および御山下村浦については、遍路の報謝札を渡さないようにすること
　　ただし、諸郡については報謝札は郡単位で区切り、他郡へは及ばせないよう取り調べること

一、郷鉄砲の取り扱いについては、父子がいる場合は惣領が郷目付の代わりを申し出た通りに取り計らうこと。もちろん惣領がいない者については、組々の趣旨により本人が取り扱っても差し支えないこと

一、博打の取り調べについては、口頭で申し聞かせた通り
　【貼り紙】この口頭での指示については、各所から一度に召し捕らえて役場へ連行しては、御了解を得ることが難しくなるご意向で、与頭・庄屋らはその心得をもって追々了解を得るべき旨を申し渡された。この時期は博打を気にかけるべき者たちは多くが素人で格のある人物はおらず、いずれも多人数になるであろう。二、三月頃になれば格のある人物や玄人の者について、その時に気をつけるべきとのご意味で申し付けられたことである
