延々と運びが延期になってしまえば、いよいよ下々の迷惑になってしまうため、当八月以来溜まっている出入り案件で御役場が手続きするものも、まずはそなたたちへ取り調べ方を相渡し、来る正月二十一日から二月晦日まで旅宿において一時的に手続きを申し付けることにする。自組他組に関わらず手続きの件について、今から心得て控えており、手元の都合がつき次第、そなたたちそれぞれが正月二十一日に御役場へ出向いて案内を申し出ること。
