當手崎之儀地盤御山下引受候場所ニ而格別
繁多ニ付諸出入物指湊下々迷惑之向も可有之
候ニ付手懸方之義遂了簡候場合當八月手崎
御振替名面御指入ニ付而ハ猶亦繁雑ニ相成既ニ
八月以来之目安壱ケ月分百通ニ相及右ニ付相順シ候
臨時御用方之義も多端ニ相成手代共早勤をも申付
取頻為取調候得共御役所ニ而手懸之分當年内中ニ
取懸り候余日も無之幷ニ其方共へ相渡候出入筋
之儀も多分配方出来いたし候得共前同断之
運ニ相見下々迷惑ニ可有之候ニ付尚又手懸方之義
重々繰合候得共手代共儀者地盤御人少之上
近比格別御用繁ニ付相溜り候出入筋数株
手懸ケ之儀明春ニ至り候而も急速ニ取調候様ニハ難

與頭庄屋共へ申し渡し演説書

当手崎の件は、地盤が御山下から引き受けた場所であり、格別に繁多であるため、諸々の出入り物や指湊により下々が迷惑することもあるであろうことを考慮し、手続き方法について検討した結果、当八月に手崎の御振替名面をお指し入れいただいたことについては、なお一層繁雑になり、既に八月以来の目安が一ヶ月分で百通にも及んでいる。これにより相順じている臨時御用方の件も多端になり、手代たちに早勤を申し付けて頻繁に取り調べているが、御役所での手続き分を当年内中に取り掛かる余日もなく、並びにそなた達へ相渡しする出入り筋の件も多分配方ができているが、前同断の運びと見え、下々の迷惑になるであろうため、なお一層手続き方法について重々繰り合わせているが、手代たちは地盤の御人数が少ない上に、近頃格別に御用が繁多であるため相溜まっている出入り筋数株の手続きについて、明春に至っても急速に取り調べることは困難である。

Regarding the matter of the current Tezaki, this is a location taken over from the government mountain base, and it is exceptionally busy. Already, the petitions since August amount to one hundred documents in just one month. Consequently, the extraordinary official duties that follow in sequence have become numerous, and although we have ordered the clerks to work early shifts and have been conducting frequent investigations, there are no remaining days within this year to handle the procedures at the government office. Similarly, regarding the dispute matters to be handed over to you, although most arrangements have been completed, it appears the situation will proceed as before, likely causing inconvenience to the common people. Therefore, we have repeatedly adjusted the procedural methods, but since the clerks are few in number for this territory and official duties have been exceptionally busy recently, it will be difficult to quickly investigate the accumulated dispute cases even when spring arrives.
