違反する輩がいる場合は、手当たり次第に召し捕るゆえ、そのように心得て小借家の者共に至るまで厚く申し付けること 右の通り町方の儀は取り調べたゆえ、そのように心得て村浦末々まできっと申し付けるべきである。ついては目立たないよう手元同心・下才判の者を巡回させ申し付け、不心得の者がいれば召し捕らせるゆえ、この段も心得るよう申し付けること 弘化三午年七月八日 一呼懸にて仰せ付けられ候 ○【朱書き】十八 村々役人共へ申し渡し覚 先日以来、名東郡にて御山下・外下板筋等処々に出火があったため、村々の火の用心かつ胡乱者召し捕り等の義について、村々において最寄りに住居する者が申し合わせて巡回し、第一に人々の火の用心を厚く心を付けるよう申し渡しがあったところ、一統にありがたく心得、手抜きなく巡回等を仕るべきであるため、追々出火もないよう運んでいる。然るところ巡回等を仕る者共の内には、ただただ仰々しく声を立て、或いは人を寄せ集め騒々しく仕業する向きもあり、そのように仕ることも
