不相拘出銀仕度心得之者勝手ニ出銀為仕可申此段
其方共申談請持先出銀人共へ申聞候様可仕事

當秋國柄ニ寄候而者風雨洪水等ニ而不作之趣ニ相聞
右ニ付大坂を始國柄ニ寄米價高直故積出指
留ニ相成候ニ付益穀物高價ニ相成當御国之義ハ
北方郡之村ニゟ立毛相損候得共稲作之義者
南北共近年之豊作ニ而米麦相場も追々引下
候様相成當時之懸りニおゐてハ他国相場ニ引競
候而者高價之相場者申儀ニも無之乍併右様
諸国相場高直之年柄故豊作と相心得氣分
相弛ミ候時ハ先々壱牧難渋茂仕候儀難斗候ニ付
重々御趣意難有相守食【食へん＋食ヵ】物相心ヲ付質素倹約ニ
相暮喰延此上他国如何様穀物高價ニ相成候共
御国中ニおゐてハ渡世取續候様人々厚相心得候儀肝
要之時云々候随而他国穀物高價ニ承及利潤ニ

（年柄に）拘らず出銀したい心得の者は勝手に出銀して申すべし。この段、その方共申し談じ、請け持ちの先出銀人共へ申し聞く様仕るべき事。

当秋国柄によっては風雨洪水等にて不作の趣に相聞き、右につき大坂を始め国柄により米価高値故積み出し指し留めに相成候につき、益々穀物高価に相成り、当御国の義は北方郡の村にて立毛相損じ候得ども、稲作の義は南北共近年の豊作にて米麦相場も追々引き下げ候様相成り、当時の懸かりにおいては他国相場に引き競い候ては高価の相場は申すに及ばず。しかしながら右様諸国相場高値の年柄故、豊作と心得気分相緩み候時は、先々一向難渋も仕り候儀測り難く候につき、重々御趣意ありがたく相守り、食べ物に心を付け質素倹約に相暮らし食い延べ、この上他国如何様穀物高価に相成り候とも、御国中においては渡世取り続き候様、人々厚く心得候儀肝要の時と申し候。したがって他国穀物高価に承り及び利潤に
