上等
一、極めて困窮している者のうち
家族六人以上の者 一軒につき六十匁ずつ

General Rules for Relief Fund Distribution
Upper category
1. Among those in extreme poverty:
Those with six or more family members 60 monme per household
Those with three to five family members 50 monme each
Those with two or fewer family members 40 monme each
Middle category
1. Among those in severe poverty:
Those with six or more family members 50 monme per household
Those with three to five family members 40 monme each
Those with two or fewer family members 30 monme each
Lower category
1. Among those in poverty:
Those with six or more family members 40 monme per household
Those with three to five family members 30 monme each
