一右勢見山下弐軒屋町筋観潮院構庵
前ゟ観音寺仁王川前同境内迄之間毎
月金毘羅観音會日者不及申ニ平日も夜分江
相懸り諸品市賣指免楊弓屋獨楽舞シ
覗見せ物等も右ニ相準シ右場處ニ而仕候儀
者町方江願出候得ハ承届遣候事

但諸品市賣之内地盤御究有之候向市中之
賣事ニ相障候品者於手元取分差略之上
下々江為相心得可申事

同二人以下の者 同二十匁ずつ
一、納屋のみが潰れた者には一切手当は支給しないこと
一、穢多の者については家族の多少に関わらず一軒につき
二十五匁ずつ

夜から幟を立て雪洞を出して参詣人を受け入れるよう

一、右の勢見山下二軒屋町筋観潮院構庵
前から観音寺仁王門前同境内までの間、毎
月金毘羅観音会の日はもちろんのこと平日も夜分にかけて
諸品の市売を許可し、楊弓屋、独楽回し、
覗き見世物なども右に準じて右の場所で行う件は
町方へ願い出れば承知して取り計らうこと

ただし諸品市売のうち地盤御究めがある方面で市中の
売買に支障がある品については手元で取り分けを省略した上で
下々へ心得として申し伝えること
