現代語訳
割合にて増します。人足についても、上下とも日延びした場合は、増し銀は同様です。荷物掛目八十匁より少なければ、その分（安くなります）。多い時は、定賃銀の割合にて増します。
その他もこれに準ずるべきです。また、手前駕籠にて重い時は、定賃銀の四つ割一つ分増す定めです。
定りの駕籠は小さく粗相にて不自由です。飾り駕籠というものもありますが、次駕籠に誰を受けたかだけのことで、変わることはありません。

The rates increase proportionally. For porters as well, whether high-ranking or low-ranking, when there are delays, the additional silver charges apply similarly. If the baggage weight is less than eighty momme, the price is reduced accordingly. When heavier, rates increase proportionally to the standard fare.
All other matters should follow these same principles. Also, when using a private palanquin for heavy loads, there is a fixed rule to add one-quarter of the standard fare.
The regular palanquins are small and crude, making them inconvenient. There are also decorated palanquins, but they only indicate who was carried in the secondary palanquin, with no other differences.
