現代語訳
一、十二月八日、御用番戸田山城守（割書：忠真）殿から渡された御書付によって、御評定所から御留守居まで左の通り申し来た。
刑罰執行を除く日について、今後は御構いなし。
ただし重要な御祝日および御祥月の御忌日の前日は除くべきである。
右の通り皆心得ているので、これを申し上げておく。以上

一、十二月十一日、歳暮の御祝儀として御使者を以て例の通り御小袖を献上した。
一、同日、寒中につき御使者を以て例の通り御国産（割書：二番）生鱈を献上した。
一、同日、孝顕寺隠居が兼ねて寺号を願い出ていたところ、新寺町宗福寺末寺清光院は檀家もなく退転同様につき、幸いなことなので寺号・寺地ともに隠居に申し請け、孝顕寺末寺にしたい旨の願書を提出したところ、願いの通り仰せ付けられた。
一、十二月十八日、善次郎（割書：直好）様の御叙爵で御名を兵庫頭と仰せ出された。これにつき御礼のため御用番井上河内守（割書：正岑）殿へ御使者として御留守居を派遣した。

1. On the 8th day of the 12th month, according to a written notice given by the duty officer Toda Yamashiro-no-kami (marginal note: Tadamasa), the following message came from the Council of State to the deputy:
Regarding days when punishments are suspended, there shall be no restrictions hereafter.
However, the day before important celebration days and monthly death anniversary days should be excluded.
As everyone understands the above, this is reported. The above.

1. On the 11th day of the 12th month, as year-end felicitations, formal court robes were presented as usual through a messenger.

On the same day, regarding the retired abbot of Kōken-ji Temple who had been requesting temple status, since the Seikō-in Temple, a subsidiary of Shōfuku-ji Temple in Shintera-machi, had no parishioners and was in a state of decline, it was fortuitous that a petition was submitted requesting that both the temple status and temple grounds be transferred to the retired abbot to make it a subsidiary temple of Kōken-ji. The request was granted as petitioned.
1. On the 18th day of the 12th month, Zenjirō (marginal note: Naoyoshi) was granted court rank and given the title Hyōgo-no-kami. For this occasion, the deputy was sent as a messenger to the duty officer Inoue Kawachi-no-kami (marginal note: Masamine) to express gratitude.
