一、十一月二十二日、寒中につき御機嫌伺いのため、御用番戸田山城守（割書：忠真）殿へ御勤めした。
一、十一月二十三日、大目付横田備中守（割書：由松）殿より申し来る。御留守居大関新五左衛門（割書：直看）が罷出たところ（割書：去る二十一日御触達）、切支丹類族の儀につき左の通り御書付を渡された。
覚
一、類族の者は只今まで追放にはならなかったが、追放を申し付けても差し支えない事
一、離別または養子の義絶によって類族を離れた者は二季に両判の証文を以て届け出るべきである。変死・病死・死罪・欠落・遁世等は二季に判のない書付を以て届け出るべき事
右の趣旨を向後心得るべきである。以上
