加茂保憲《注記：加茂家は吉備大臣の末裔である。幸徳井家の祖であり、現在も暦道を司っている。『職原鈔』によると、陰陽寮は天文暦数の事を掌る。昔は一家が両道を兼ねていたが、賀茂憲は暦道をその子光栄に伝え、天文道は弟子安倍晴明に伝えた。晴明の技芸は父忠行から受けたものである。》
安倍晴明 《注記：安倍家は孝元天皇の皇子大彦命の末裔である。仲麿の裔と言われ、土御門家の祖である。》
三善清行卿 《注記：算道の祖である。寛平・延喜の頃の人で、参議に任じられた。》

Kamo Yasunori《Note: The Kamo family are descendants of Minister Kibi. They are the ancestors of the Kōtokui family and still oversee calendar studies today. According to the "Shokugen-shō," the Bureau of Onmyō handles matters of astronomy and calendar calculation. In ancient times, one family managed both arts, but Kamo-no-Kimi transmitted calendar studies to his son Kōei and astronomy to his disciple Abe no Seimei. Seimei's skills were received from his father Tadayuki.》
Abe no Seimei 《Note: The Abe family are descendants of Prince Ōhiko-no-Mikoto, son of Emperor Kōgen. They are said to be descendants of Nakamarō and are the ancestors of the Tsuchimikado family.》
Miyoshi Kiyotsura, Minister 《Note: He is the founder of mathematics. He lived during the Kanpyō and Engi eras and was appointed to the position of Sangi (counselor).》
Miyoshi Masahira 《Note: He was a descendant of Minister Kiyotsura and served as a retainer (shodayū) of the Saionji family.》
