一御咎中不時之儀有之候ハヽ通路人ゟ御目付へ可相達事様子承届了簡ニ而相済事ハ
夫々ニ遂差図難相済品ハ相伺可申事 寛保二極
一享保十七子七月○十七日昨十六日 御奉行江口次郎兵衛酒井六郎右衛門逼塞被仰付通路之仁右衛門持馬馬喰方
へ遣度○御附之者ハ通路仁右衛門方引取暇遣度 旨申候ニ付御家老中へ相伺勝手次第と令挨拶候《割書：同十月五日雨森儀右衛門右同断之節も取扱

一、御咎中に予期しない事態が生じた場合は、通路人から御目付へ報告すべきこと。様子を承り届け、了簡で済む事は各々に指図を行い、解決困難な案件は伺いを申し上げること 寛保二年決定
一、享保十七年七月十七日、昨日十六日、御奉行江口次郎兵衛・酒井六郎右衛門が逼塞を命じられた。通路の仁右衛門が持馬を馬喰方へ送りたい、御附の者は通路仁右衛門方で引き取り暇を与えたい旨申し出たので、御家老中へ相談したところ勝手次第との回答があった。《割書：同年十月五日雨森儀右衛門の件も同様の取扱いをした》
一、明和四年、御先物頭小川次兵衛が御役御免・遠慮を命じられたが、先組の者に半櫃があり、通路人海福瀬左衛門が申し出て取り扱い差し出した件
一、文政十三年七月二十五日、明石縫殿は先日から閉門を命じられていたが、今日から御免となった。しかし右閉門中の同月五日頃、中間与助という者が塀を越えて出奔したため、縫殿は今日御免の上で開門し、戸締め等も緩めたが、御礼には出向かず直ちに遠慮を伺ったところ、伺いの通り遠慮を命じられた。
但し通路本多筑後は右中間出奔の際直ちに遠慮を伺ったが、その必要なしとの仰せ出があった。もっともその際通路が代わった。
一、天保二年十月五日、坂井権左衛門は先日から遠慮を命じられ置かれていたが、今日御免となった。しかし右遠慮中の九月二十六日の夜、先年召し使った下女で現在出入りの者の妻になっている者が、慎中を知らず訪れたところ、門が開かないので犬潜りの穴の側の板の隙間から鍵を外して入った。通路堀庄兵衛は隣家のためこの様子を見聞きしたので早速駆けつけ右女を差し出した。この不注意のため今日御免の上で開門その他締りを緩め、権左衛門は

1. When unexpected incidents occur during punishment periods, the intermediary (tsūroji) must report to the inspector (metsuke). After hearing the circumstances, matters that can be resolved through discretion should be handled with appropriate instructions to each party, and difficult cases should be formally reported. Decided in Kanpō 2nd year.
1. On July 17th, Kyōhō 17th year, yesterday on the 16th, magistrates Eguchi Jirōbee and Sakai Rokurōemon were ordered into confinement (hissoku). The intermediary Jinemon requested to send his horse to the horse dealer and to have the attendants taken in by intermediary Jinemon and given leave. However, during his confinement around the 5th of the same month, a servant named Yosuke climbed over the fence and fled. Therefore, although Nuinodono was pardoned today and allowed to open his gate and relax security measures, he did not go out for the thanksgiving ceremony and immediately requested discretionary confinement, which was granted as requested.
