御棚会神供直會葵御祭轉供庚清経千成基充五月一日之馬太氏
充五月五日之馬壱疋鬮取必顕充壱疋ハ遷宮五番衆参勤之仁
庚清氏敦両人え被近馬也但右ハ遷宮之度々轉供出役之人え先規
之通為御會釈米七斗ツヽ可被相送旨約定之處馬被申受度旨所望ニ付
被進也仍而各更に不及出米相済也
廿二日壬午晴造作奉行中政久卿季清嗣等三平召連入来此度新作之
土蔵地所検分有之余り高ク不相成様可相心得旨被察也先規之通

二十日庚辰 晴れ。中飯後、五番衆の手による汁の参会が重敬亭であり参集した。先ず御棚会の神供直会、葵御祭の転供、庚清、経千、成基の三名が五月一日の馬、太氏が五月五日の馬一疋をくじ取りで必ず顕充し、一疋は遷宮五番衆参勤の仁である庚清、氏敦両人へ馬を近づけられた。ただし右は遷宮の度々転供出役の人へ先規の通り御会釈として米七斗ずつ送られる旨約定のところ、馬を申し受けたき旨所望につき進められた。よって各々更に米を出すに及ばず相済んだ。
二十二日壬午 晴れ。造作奉行中の政久卿、季清、嗣等三人を召し連れて入来し、この度新作の土蔵地所の検分があった。あまり高くならないよう心得るべき旨を察せられた。先規の通り

As shown in the red-outlined diagram above, I wish to construct a plastered building in the northwest (inui) direction of my residence, with excavated and rope-marked boundaries of 2 ken east-west and 2.5 ken north-south. Since there are no obstructions regarding neighboring property boundaries or water drainage, I request your permission after inspection by the shrine community. 20th Day, Kanoe-Tatsu: Clear. After the midday meal, there was a gathering with soup prepared by the fifth group at Shigeyoshi-tei. First, regarding the shelf meeting's sacred offerings and feast, the Aoi Festival's rotating offerings: Kōsei, Keisen, and Naruki drew lots for horses for the first day of the fifth month, and Taishi for a horse for the fifth day of the fifth month, with one horse necessarily allocated. One horse was brought near to Kōsei and Ujiatsu, who are among the personnel of the fifth group participating in the shrine relocation. However, according to precedent, those who serve in rotating offerings during shrine relocations should receive seven to [measures] of rice each as acknowledgment, but since they requested to receive horses instead, this was granted. Therefore, each person was exempted from providing rice.
22nd Day, Mizunoe-Uma: Clear. Construction magistrates Masahisa-kyō, Kikiyo, Tsugu, and others - three people in total - were summoned and came to inspect the site of the newly constructed storehouse. They advised that it should not be built too high. According to precedent...
