二日壬午晴御殿新調達御構四會目ニ付三本樹出役
諸事如例相済本鬮予取次蔵屋敷嘉兵衛落札也

五日乙酉晴當年田地向至而不作ニ付社頭夜食飯米弐
米浸物香物ニ被減候旨手觸有之也
九日己丑晴重陽御神之如例御家門御祝向如例御不参之

ニ付大御所姫君方今日巳刻より御別荘ニ為逗留御
成経紀御供被 仰付参之

現代語訳
十三日甲寅 雨 神楽講八会目が例の如く三本木において行われ出役した。戌刻に相済んだ。但し酉刻より大風に付き已むを得ず御殿にて止宿し、亥刻頃風が静まった。
十五日丙寅 晴 八幡放生会が例年の如し。
二十一日壬申 晴 神楽講が午後社中において行われ、諸事例の如く相済んだ。
二十四日乙亥 晴 例年宗旨改めに付き社中印形を持参し押した。敏顕印判を言伝に付き同断で持参させた。○当年秋日数小折紙を今日所司宏顕亭へ持参し差し出した。但し来る二十八日より所立始めである。
九月大
二日壬午 晴 御殿新調達御構四会目に付き三本樹に出役し、諸事例の如く相済んだ。本鬮は予が取り次ぎ、蔵屋敷嘉兵衛が落札した。
四日甲申 晴 御講勘定が例の如く相済んだ。
五日乙酉 晴 当年田地向きが至って不作に付き、社頭夜食飯米二、米浸物、香物に減らされる旨手触れがあった。
九日己丑 晴 重陽御神事が例の如く行われたが、御家門御祝い向きは例の如く御不参であった。
十日庚寅 雨後晴 岡崎村東天王社明日御旅所神輿に付き、大御所姫君方が今日巳刻より御別荘に逗留のため御成があり、経紀が御供を仰せ付けられ参った。
十一日辛卯 晴 若御所が今日別荘へ御成、入夜還御された。予は御機嫌窺いのため参上し、柿好き一器を献上した。
十二日壬辰 晴 大御所姫君方が今夕還御された。
十三日癸巳 晴 来る十五日例年の通り経一家が参会し、経子の宿に付き今日経啓に三日触れを出させた。着用は次第上下である。

Thirteenth day, Kinoe-tora (甲寅), rain. The eighth kagura lecture was held at Sanbongi as usual, and I attended. It concluded at the inu hour (around 8 PM). However, due to strong winds from the tori hour (around 6 PM), I had no choice but to stay overnight at the palace, and the wind calmed around the i hour (around 10 PM).
Fifteenth day, Hinoe-tora (丙寅), clear. The Hachiman Hōjō-e festival was held as in previous years.
Twenty-first day, Mizunoe-saru (壬申), clear. A kagura lecture was held in the afternoon at the shrine compound, and all matters concluded as usual.
Twenty-fourth day, Kinoto-i (乙亥), clear. For the annual religious sect examination, I brought the shrine seal and applied it. I also had Toshiaki's seal brought and applied in the same manner. ○ Today I brought and submitted the autumn day-count small paper to Superintendent Hiroaki's residence. However, the positioning ceremony begins on the coming twenty-eighth day.
Ninth Month (large month)
Second day, Mizunoe-uma (壬午), clear. For the fourth palace renovation procurement meeting, I attended at Sanbongi, and all matters concluded as usual. For the main lottery, I served as intermediary, and warehouse manager Kahei won the bid.
Fourth day, Kinoe-saru (甲申), clear. The lecture accounting concluded as usual.
Fifth day, Kinoto-tori (乙酉), clear. Due to extremely poor crop yields this year, a notice was issued that the shrine evening meal would be reduced to two portions of rice, with pickled vegetables and fragrant vegetables.
Ninth day, Tsuchinoto-ushi (己丑), clear. The Chrysanthemum Festival divine services were held as usual, but the noble house celebration was absent as usual.
Tenth day, Kanoe-tora (庚寅), rain then clear. For tomorrow's portable shrine procession to Okazaki village's eastern Tennō shrine, the Great Lord and princesses came to stay at the villa from the mi hour (around 10 AM) today, and Tsunenori was ordered to accompany them.
Eleventh day, Kanoto-u (辛卯), clear. The young lord visited the villa today and returned in the evening. I went to pay my respects and presented one vessel of persimmon confection.
Twelfth day, Mizunoe-tatsu (壬辰), clear. The Great Lord and princesses returned this evening.
Thirteenth day, Mizunoto-mi (癸巳), clear. On the coming fifteenth day, the Tsunekazu family will gather as every year, and since it will be at Tsuneko's lodging, today I had Tsunehiro issue a three-day notice. The attire should be formal court dress in proper order.
