仰出候旨御用番土屋相模守《割書：政｜直》殿御達有之相済 西丸江
現代語訳
大納言様がお礼をお受けになる予定である旨、またそれについて御様子をお伺いするため、
明日御登城なさる旨を、御用番秋元但馬守喬朝殿よりお達しがあった。
一 同日夕刻、右同様の件について御機嫌をお伺いするため、御用番秋元但馬守喬朝殿へ
御使者として御留守居村上三大夫正峯を派遣された。
但し、御不例中の右御使者派遣の件は以後記録していない。
一 十月二十九日、右同様の件について御機嫌をお伺いするため御登城された。
一 同日当暮れ、京都御用達共への御返金の件が御都合がつかず、やむを得ず
金子をお借りになりたく、左の通り工面して差し上げるよう仰せ出された。

吉邦様へ日野西中納言国豊殿の御女梅姫様との御縁組を御願いの通り仰せ出される旨を、
御用番土屋相模守政直殿よりお達しがあり事が済み、西丸へ

It was announced that the Dainagon (Great Councilor) was scheduled to receive formal thanks, and furthermore, regarding this matter, to inquire about his condition, he would attend the castle tomorrow. This was communicated by the duty officer Akimoto Tajima-no-kami Takaasa.
1. On the same day in the evening, regarding the same matter, to inquire about his well-being, residential representative Murakami Sandayū Masamine was dispatched as a messenger to duty officer Akimoto Tajima-no-kami Takaasa.
However, the dispatch of messengers during the period of illness is not recorded hereafter.
1. On October 29th, regarding the same matter, he attended the castle to inquire about the Shogun's well-being.
1. On the same day toward evening, regarding the repayment to the Kyoto procurement agents, as the funds were unavailable and unavoidable circumstances arose, it was desired to borrow money, and it was ordered that the following amounts be procured and submitted:
- 2,500 ryō from Fukui townspeople
- 800 ryō from Upper Domain
- 700 ryō from Kawakita Domain
- 800 ryō from Lower Domain
- 1,800 ryō from Fuchū town

it was announced by duty officer Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao that the marriage arrangement between Lord Yoshikuni and Princess Ume, daughter of Chunagon Hinonishi Kunitoyo, would proceed as requested, and after this matter was concluded, [he went] to the Western Citadel.
