御城御渡有之御家来拝領物等如例
一 六月廿一日暑中ニ付 御機嫌為御伺御使者加藤伝内《割書：恒｜久》江戸
表江被指出之
公方様 大納言様江御肴一種宛被献之伝内今日福井出立
一 同月廿三日於増上寺 桂昌院様三回御忌御法事有之ニ付
御使者宇都宮藤一郎《割書：教｜綱》を以《割書：御留守居大関｜新五左衛門同道》同所本堂江御香奠
銀五枚被指出之《割書：去月十五日｜御書付御渡》
一 同月廿五日暑中ニ付御使者を以例之通御国産索麪干鯛

御城で御渡しがあり、御家来の拝領物等は例の通りであった。
一 六月二十一日、暑中につき御機嫌伺いのため、御使者加藤伝内（恒久）を江戸表へ派遣した。
公方様・大納言様へ御肴一種ずつを献上した。伝内は今日福井を出立した。
一 同月二十三日、増上寺において桂昌院様三回忌の御法事があったため、
御使者宇都宮藤一郎（教綱）をもって（御留守居大関新五左衛門同道で）同所本堂へ御香典
として銀五枚を差し出した（先月十五日に御書付を御渡しされた）。
一 同月二十五日、暑中につき御使者をもって例の通り御国産の索麺・干鯛を
献上した。
一 七月四日、桂昌院様の御法事が首尾よく済んだことへの御歓びのため、御使者
石原平右衛門（重治）を江戸表へ派遣した。今日福井を出立した。
一 同月六日、御生見玉の御祝儀のため、御使者をもって例の通り黄金を献上した。
一 同月十一日、西丸において
若君様が御誕生され、家千代様と称し奉る。
一 同月十八日、右同様につき御七夜の御祝儀のため、御使者笹治太郎右衛門（高澄）
をもって（御留守居村上三大夫同道で）

At the castle, items were presented as usual, and retainer gifts followed customary practice.
1. On June 21st, due to the summer heat, messenger Kato Dennai (Tsunehisa) was dispatched to Edo to inquire after [the shogun's] well-being.
One type of fish each was offered to the Shogun and the Dainagon. Dennai departed from Fukui today.
1. On the 23rd of the same month, because the third anniversary memorial service for Lady Keishoin was held at Zojoji Temple,
messenger Utsunomiya Toichiro (Noritsuna) was sent (accompanied by residence keeper Ozeki Shinzaemon) to present five pieces of silver as incense money to the main hall of the temple (written instructions were given on the 15th of last month).
1. On the 25th of the same month, due to the summer heat, local products of somen noodles and dried sea bream were offered through a messenger as usual.
1. On July 4th, to express joy that Lady Keishoin's memorial service concluded successfully, messenger
Ishihara Heiemon (Shigeharu) was dispatched to Edo. He departed from Fukui today.
1. On the 6th of the same month, for the celebration of the birth viewing ceremony, gold was offered through a messenger as usual.
1. On the 11th of the same month, at the Western Citadel,
a young lord was born and is respectfully called Ichiyo-sama.
1. On the 18th of the same month, for the seventh-night celebration of the same [birth], messenger Sasa Jitarozaemon (Takasumi)
(accompanied by residence keeper Murakami Sandayu)
offered one box of dried sea bream, one box of dried squid, and one thousand hiki as sake money to the Shogun (written instructions were given on the 13th, same for what follows). At the main hall of the castle, both the gifts and the inventory list were [presented] to the retainer of Miura Iki-no-kami, the ceremonial announcer.
