手渡した。御使者宇都宮藤一郎(教綱)をもって(御留守居堀十兵衛同道で)
大納言様へも右同様に献上した。
家千代様へは御道具(箱入り台居)、御産衣(代銀二十枚)、干鯛一箱、御樽代千疋を献上した。
西丸殿上の間において御品・御目録共に御奏者番松平宮内大輔殿の家来へ手渡した。
御台様へは御使者大関甚五右衛門(弘倉)をもって干鯛一箱・御樽代千疋を差し出し、二丸御門にて納めた。
御簾中様へは御使者山村郷介をもって右同様に差し上げ、坂下御門にて納めた。
御産婦へ銀十枚、御介添へ銀三枚、御乳人へ同様、御さしへ銀二枚、総女中へ銀二十枚を遣わした。
一 七月二十日
家千代様御誕生につき御祝儀のため、御使者佐野又太郎(影賞)を江戸表へ派遣した(去る十三日に御書付を御渡しされた)。今日福井を出立した。
ただし八月二日に御返書の御渡しがあった。
一 八月朔日、御祝儀のため御使者をもって例の通り御太刀・馬代を献上した。
家千代様へも右同様に初めて献上した。

家千代様の御七夜の御祝儀が済んだことへの御歓びのため、御使者熊谷小兵衛(正長)を江戸表へ派遣した(先月二十日に御伺い済み)。今日福井を出立した。

were handed over. Through messenger Utsunomiya Toichiro (Noritsuna) (accompanied by residence keeper Hori Jubei),
the same offerings were presented to the Dainagon.
To Ichiyo-sama, ceremonial items (boxed table set), birth clothes (twenty pieces of silver as payment), one box of dried sea bream, and one thousand hiki as sake money were offered.
At the upper chamber of the Western Citadel, both the gifts and inventory list were handed to the retainer of ceremonial announcer Matsudaira Kunai-no-taifu.
To the Shogun's wife, through messenger Ozeki Jinzaemon (Hirokura), one box of dried sea bream and one thousand hiki as sake money were presented and received at the Ninomaru Gate.
To the Imperial Consort, through messenger Yamamura Gosuke, the same offerings were presented and received at the Sakashita Gate.
Ten pieces of silver were given to the birth mother, three pieces of silver to her attendant, the same to the wet nurse, two pieces of silver to her assistant, and twenty pieces of silver to all the female attendants.
1. July 20th
For the celebration of Ichiyo-sama's birth, messenger Sano Matazaro (Kagesho) was dispatched to Edo (written instructions were given on the 13th). He departed from Fukui today.
However, a reply letter was delivered on August 2nd.
1. On August 1st, for the celebration, ceremonial swords and horse money were offered through a messenger as usual.
The same offerings were presented to Ichiyo-sama for the first time.

To express joy that the seventh-night celebration for Ichiyo-sama concluded successfully, messenger Kumagai Kobei (Masanaga) was dispatched to Edo (inquiry completed on the 20th of last month). He departed from Fukui today.
