## 【右丁】
（前頁の続き）深く驚いたのであった。総じて、今度の地震において、どこもそうであるが、この橋場から浅草・吉原の辺りは、他の地域に比べて特に激しい揺れがあり、右（前頁）に記したようにひどく崩壊したことで知ることができよう。これもまた後世のため、あるいは他国の人々のために、このように図として記し残しておいた。

△同所（橋場・吉原周辺）の西方、大音寺前の町々も甚だしく崩壊・焼失したこと、前述と同様である。田中・新鳥越あたりは潰れた家が非常に多い。
△千束郷の長国寺、鷲大明神の本社は破損し、僧房・碑などが大破損した。この辺りの小屋敷・町家ともに甚だしく崩壊した。
△龍泉寺町、その他この四方は崩壊した家が多い。
**【二十一】** 吉原・日本堤・田町、編笠茶屋の両側二丁、袖摺稲荷・同一丁目より三谷堀の口まで焼ける。同所西の方に残った町家は大破損で、焼失したのと同様の状況である。
**【二十二】** 同所の東方、隅田川の真崎稲荷の本社は異状なし。ただし鳥居・灯籠は砕けた。同所の浅茅が原では四方の民家が多く崩壊した。同所の橋場の舟渡し場から南方の銭座まで、大川（隅田川）の際が焼けた。同所の西側、福寿院・法源寺は大破損し、僧房が崩れ、同所の門前町まで焼けた。同所の今戸町では、蓮窓寺・妙高寺・長昌寺の本堂が破損し、僧房が大破損、その他崩壊した箇所が多い。安昌寺・称福寺は潰れた箇所が多い。
**【二十三】** 同所、今戸橋の北方、今戸町の東側一丁が焼ける。同西側の松林寺・本意寺・慶養寺は大破損し、崩壊した箇所が多い。右の寺院等はいずれも碑・灯籠が悉く倒れ、散乱の様子は書き記しがたい。△同南方の三谷橋・砂利場・新鳥越一丁目・同下瓦町・待乳山の東方の村方は悉く崩壊した。

△ The towns in front of Daionji Temple to the west of the same area also suffered tremendous collapse and fire damage, as described above. In the Tanaka and Shin-Torikoe areas, an extremely large number of houses were destroyed.
△ At Chōkokuji Temple in Chizuka-gō, the main shrine of the Washi Daimyōjin was damaged, and the monks' quarters and stone monuments suffered severe damage. The small estates and townhouses throughout this area also suffered great collapse.
△ In Ryūsenji-chō and the surrounding four directions, many houses collapsed.
**[Entry 21]** In the Yoshiwara, Nihon Tsutsumi, Tamachi, both sides of Amigasa Chaya Street for two blocks, Sodesuri Inari, the same Icchōme, and extending to the mouth of Miyabori — all burned. The townhouses remaining to the west of this area suffered major damage, equivalent in effect to being burned down.
**[Entry 22]** To the east of the same area, the main shrine of Mazaki Inari on the Sumida River sustained no damage; however, its torii gate and stone lanterns were shattered. In the Asajigahara area nearby, many houses in all directions collapsed. From the Hashiba ferry landing southward to the Zeniza (copper mint), the riverbank area along the Ōkawa (Sumida River) burned. On the western side, Fukujuin and Hōgenji Temple suffered severe damage — the monks' quarters collapsed and the fire spread as far as the temple gate district. In Imado-chō, the main halls of Rensōji, Myōkōji, and Chōshōji Temples were damaged, their monks' quarters severely so, with numerous other collapses throughout. Anshōji and Shōfukuji Temples sustained damage in many places.
**[Entry 23]** To the north of Imado Bridge in the same area, one block on the eastern side of Imado-chō burned. On the western side, Shōrinji, Hon'iji, and Keiyōji Temples suffered severe damage with many collapses. At all of the aforementioned temples, stone monuments and stone lanterns fell without exception, leaving scenes of such scattered devastation as to defy description. △ To the south: Sanyabashi, Jarib, Shin-Torikoe Icchōme, Kawarachō below it, and the village areas to the east of Matsuchiyama — all were completely destroyed.
