止のよし承り及ぬ
右之通養蚕の仕法通例を記（しるす）といへとも
其町其家々の風に随ひ宜心を用ゆへし
乍去婦女自分の仕来《割書：而｜ 已》を一遍に不心得
前書を考へ養蚕の大凡に闇らからすして
積年 手練（しゆれん）を尽す時は折節之不作も無く
繭（まい）も多分に有て猶利潤多かるへし
現代語訳
止めのよし承り及ばず。
右の通り養蚕の仕法通例を記すといえども、その町その家々の風習に従い、よろしく心を用いるべきである。
しかしながら婦女が自分の仕来りを一遍に理解しないで、前書を考えて養蚕の大凡を暗からずして、積年手練を尽くす時は、折節の不作もなく、繭も多分にあってなお利潤多かるべきである。
