此度風難ニ付金子孫太郎被為 召
両君様ニ而親く御尋被為在委細被申上候處
御勝手向殊之外御逼迫之御砌ニハ候得とも
御領民共之難渋幾重にも 御賑救被遊度と
の 尊慮ニ而別帋之通御達有之誠以恐多難
有 思召ニ候条 御仁慈之程一統厚相心得
面々家作相営之奉安
尊慮末永ク奉報 御国恩候様可心懸事
此度江水一般之風難ニ而
御殿向初御破損も不少候得共御領民難渋之
程深ク
御配慮被遊其方儀被為 召御領中之模様親
ク疾苦幾重ニも御賑救被遊度
思召ニ候得共連年莫大之御物入ニ而御勝手
殊之外御逼迫之御砌被 思召候程ニハ御行
届相成兼候處被差懸

入用ヲ以風難受候御領民共御救被遊度との

この度風難につき金子孫太郎を召し、
両君様にて親しく御尋ねになられ、委細申し上げられたところ、
御勝手向き殊の外御逼迫の御際には候えども、
御領民共の難渋、幾重にも御賑救遊ばされたくとの
尊いお考えにて別紙の通り御達しこれあり、誠に恐れ多く難有い
思し召しに候条、御仁慈の程一統厚く心得、
面々家作相営み奉安心、
尊いお考えを末永く御国恩に報い奉る様心懸くべき事

for the hardships of the domain's people, an official notice has been issued as per the separate document.
This is truly an awesome and gracious imperial will.
Therefore, everyone should deeply understand this benevolence,
build their houses with peace of mind,
and make it their duty to repay the domain's favor for this noble consideration for generations to come.
This wind disaster affected the entire Edo area.
Although there was considerable damage starting with the lord's residence,
out of deep concern for the people's hardships,
you were summoned to personally inquire about conditions throughout the domain.
While there is a desire to provide relief aid multiple times over for their suffering,
due to the enormous expenses of recent years, the domain's finances
are extremely strained at this time, making it impossible to provide
aid to the extent that is desired.
Therefore, even the renovation of
the inner chambers
and sleeping quarters has been postponed, and with these small savings
it is desired to provide relief to the domain people who suffered from the wind disaster.
