【上段】
閻魔の子
閻魔
「こんなに忙しくてはたまらない。みんな、お前たちは俺の子にしてくれと言うが、俺の体が粉になるようだ。これが本当の閻魔の粉だろう」
六道の辻番人や辻君も、味な閻魔の子となったのであった
女が言う
「私は町人でございますが、今年の暮れは年季も明き、末はどうして黄泉の国に慣れぬ旅路の仮枕。ついうたた寝か夢現、起きる間もなく潰されて、焼いて粉にして水で飲む人もない身と哀れんで、もし閻魔様」
【中段】
盲人が言う
「私は親子五人の新入りでございます。どうぞこれからはあなたのお子様同様に思って、少しでも良いところへお願い申します」
子が言う
「父ちゃん母ちゃんは地蔵の子だよ。あなたの子としてください」
【下段】
「あの針の山は結構でございますが、実に針の下は恐ろしゅうございます」

【Upper Section】
Children of Enma (King of Hell)
Enma:
"I can't bear being this busy! Everyone is asking me to make them my children, but my body feels like it's turning to powder. This must be what they call 'Enma powder'!"
The gatekeepers of the six realms and the street women have all cleverly become children of Enma.
A woman says:
"I was a townswoman, but this year's end brought the expiration of my contract. How can I get used to this journey to the underworld with its temporary pillow? Whether dozing or dreaming, I was crushed before I could even wake up. There's no one to burn me to powder and drink me with water. Please pity this lonely soul, oh Enma-sama."

A blind man says:
"We are a family of five newcomers. Please treat us from now on like your own children and place us somewhere even a little bit better, we beg you."
A child says:
"Papa and mama are children of Jizo. Please make us your children too."
【Lower Section】
"That mountain of needles over there looks fine, but truly, underneath the needles is terrifying."
