大田社現護敬進之神供并年中式之事
一現護之神供如例四月十日十一月十日可為二ケ度事《割書：但近来十一｜日雖勤来》
《割書：十日為御神楽式日之条｜向後十日ニ相究者》
一神供之事今迄神子家ニ而雖調之於凡下之家調之儀神慮恐多
候間向後於両官之亭各番ニ神供之経営可被調之其左記
一集米之内判五斗両官江従神子可渡之事
内三斗五升 神供料并経営料
壱斗 両官輪番之輩祝詞料
五升 預転供料《割書：但於両官■番之亭｜有饗応》
一集米之内五升之外者神子方江納之相応之祝儀可相調之事
一四月十日神供献進之時両官之内臨番之輩経営神供着衣冠午刻
出仕備進神供可被申祝詞事
一十一月同四月
一現護成之時為神楽本舛壱斗六升神納之時配分之次第記左

残而壱斗弐升神楽役人配分
一散銭之式可為如有来事

大田社現護敬進の神供並びに年中式の事
一 現護の神供は例の如く四月十日、十一月十日の二度とすべき事《ただし近来十一日に勤めて来たが、十日は御神楽式日の条につき、今後は十日に定める》
一 神供の事、今まで神子の家で調えてきたが、身分の低い家で調える儀は神慮恐れ多く候間、今後は両官の邸宅において各々番で神供の経営を調えるべし。その詳細は左記の通り
一 集米のうち判五斗を両官へ神子から渡すべき事
内三斗五升 神供料並びに経営料
一斗 両官輪番の者の祝詞料
五升 預転供料《ただし両官の番の邸宅にて饗応がある》
一 集米のうち五升の外は神子方へ納め、相応の祝儀を調えるべき事
一 四月十日神供献進の時、両官のうち当番の者が神供を経営し、衣冠を着用して午刻に出仕し、神供を備え進めて祝詞を申すべき事
一 十一月は四月と同じ
一 現護が成った時、神楽のため本舛一斗六升を神納する時の配分の次第は左記の通り
一 三升 預祝詞料
一 一升 御燈料、小預、下行
残り一斗二升は神楽役人に配分
一 散銭の式は従来の通りとすべき事
一 御油料は従来の通りとすべき事
一 神楽の時、神子は千早を、拍子の役人は素襖を着用すべし

Regarding the Divine Offerings for the Ritual Protection of Ota Shrine and Annual Ceremonies
1. The divine offerings for ritual protection shall be made twice as usual, on the 10th day of the 4th month and the 10th day of the 11th month <<However, recently it has been performed on the 11th day, but since the 10th day is designated for the sacred music ceremony, it shall be fixed on the 10th day going forward>>
1. Regarding divine offerings: Until now they have been prepared at the shrine maiden's house, but preparing them at a house of humble status is deeply concerning to the divine spirit. Henceforth, the management of divine offerings shall be prepared in turns at the residences of both officials. The details are as follows:
1. From the collected rice, 5 to (measures) shall be delivered from the shrine maiden to both officials:
Interior: 3 to 5 sho - for divine offering expenses and management costs
1 to - for prayer fees for officials serving in rotation
5 sho - for deputy offering fees <<However, there shall be hospitality at the residence of the official on duty>>
1. Except for 5 sho from the collected rice, the remainder shall be delivered to the shrine maiden's side for preparing appropriate ritual gifts
1. On the 10th day of the 4th month when presenting divine offerings, the official on duty among the two officials shall manage the divine offerings, dress in court costume, serve at noon, prepare and present the divine offerings, and recite prayers
1. The 11th month shall be the same as the 4th month
1. When ritual protection is completed, for the sacred music, when delivering 1 to 6 sho of rice in the main measure, the distribution order is as follows:
1. 3 sho - for deputy prayer fees
1. 1 sho - for lamp oil fees, minor deputy, and lower ranks
Remaining 1 to 2 sho - distributed to sacred music performers
1. The ceremony of scattering coins shall be as it has been traditionally
