右は衆評により、このように定める。この時、大田祢宜佐直、同祝兼述、同預大夫寿久が、今度一社の新たな規定として料簡を定め終わった。永く違失があってはならない。よってこの件の通りとする。

The above has been decided through collective deliberation. At this time, Ota Negi Sasunao, Fellow Priest Kanesada, and Fellow Deputy Dayu Hisahisa have completed establishing new regulations for this shrine. There must be no violations forever. Therefore, it shall be as stated in this document.
