一 同年八月、作右衛門と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一 同五子年十月、京都御用を仰せ付けられ罷り登り、吉田家において装束免許状の御用を調え、同年十二月に罷り下った事
一 同八卯年七月、御座の間へ召し出され、品々ありがたい御意をいただいた上で、御手自ら左折紫懸緒の御烏帽子を拝領するよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同十一午年二月、佐布利寿軒の息子権兵衛を養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された事
一 同十二未年六月、御前において麻の御上下を下し置かれ、その上で一事の御相伝を返され、御座の間へ召され、御手自ら一事の御相伝の御印証として御自筆の御書物を下し置かれた事

一 In the 8th month of the same year, his request to change his name to Sakuemon was granted.
一 In the 10th month of Kyōhō 5, Year of the Rat (1720), he was ordered to go to Kyoto on official business. He went up and handled the business of ceremonial costume licenses at the Yoshida house, returning in the 12th month of the same year.
一 In the 7th month of Kyōhō 8, Year of the Rabbit (1723), he was summoned to the audience chamber where he received gracious words on various matters, and was ordered to receive a court cap with purple cords folded to the left, bestowed by the lord's own hand.
一 In the 2nd month of Kyōhō 11, Year of the Horse (1726), his request to adopt Gonbei, the son of Saburi Juken, as his heir was granted.
一 In the 6th month of Kyōhō 12, Year of the Sheep (1727), he was granted hemp formal dress (kamishimo) in the lord's presence. Furthermore, he was given back a special transmission, summoned to the audience chamber, and personally bestowed by the lord's own hand a written document as proof of this special transmission.
一 In the 10th month of the same year, in recognition of his advancement in Shinto practice and his diligent service in shrine affairs without negligence since going to the capital, he was granted one set of hemp formal dress and one formal kimono.
