現代語訳
一 元文二年（1737年）五月、御聞番を仰せ付けられ、席並びに御役料は今まで通りのままで置かれる旨が仰せ出されたこと
一 寛保元年（1741年）七月、御聞番を仰せ付けられ、御留守年には銀五枚ずつを下賜されること
一 同二年（1742年）十二月、数年間精励して当務を怠ることなく勤務したことにより、御役料五十石の御加増を直々に下賜されたこと
一 同月、実子が出生したことにより、養子の望弥を本姓へ返したい旨を願い出て許可されたこと
一 同三年（1743年）十二月、娘の庭義に私方への御情けをお思し召しにより、別段に御仕立所へお召し出しになる旨を、御用人成田源兵衛を通じて仰せ出されたこと
一 延享元年（1744年）四月、梅園院様御婚礼の御用を任されて勤務するよう仰せ付けられたこと
一 同年五月、正覚院様御入輿の御用を任されて勤務するよう仰せ付けられたこと

1. In the 5th month of Genbun 2 (1737), he was appointed as gokikiban (intelligence officer), with his seat rank and official salary remaining as before
