現代語訳
一 正徳四年（1714年）五月、直太夫と改名したい旨を願い出て許可されたこと
一 享保二年（1717年）二月、和田倉向御屋敷へ引越し、定火消として勤務するよう仰せ付けられたこと
一 同七年（1722年）六月、火消方で精励して勤務したことにより、褒美として銀子二枚を下賜されたこと
一 同十三年（1728年）五月、向御屋敷が取り上げられたため、芝御屋敷へ引き移って通常通り勤務していたところ、上御屋敷火消一人を仰せ付けられ、九月中に引き移って勤務したこと
一 同十五年（1730年）八月、火消方で精励して勤務したことにより、御近習並の詰金御扶持方を増額され、労銀三枚ずつを下賜される旨が仰せ出されたこと
一 同十八年（1733年）六月、梅園院様・愿彰院様付を仰せ付けられ、席は御使番の上に仰せ付けられたこと
一 同二十年（1735年）十月、精励して勤務したことにより、御役料五十石を下賜されたこと

1. In the 5th month of Shōtoku 4 (1714), he petitioned to change his name to Naotadayū and was granted permission
1. In the 2nd month of Kyōhō 2 (1717), he moved to the Wadakura-muki residence and was appointed to serve as a regular fire brigade member (jōbikeshi)
1. In the 6th month of Kyōhō 7 (1722), due to his diligent service in the fire brigade, he was granted 2 pieces of silver as a reward
1. In the 5th month of Kyōhō 13 (1728), since the Muki residence was surrendered, he moved to the Shiba residence and continued his regular duties. He was then appointed as one fire brigade member for the upper residence (kami-oyashiki) and moved there to serve in the 9th month
1. In the 8th month of Kyōhō 15 (1730), due to his diligent service in the fire brigade, his stipend as an attendant of the same rank as gokinshu was increased, and it was announced that he would receive 3 pieces of labor silver each time
1. In the 6th month of Kyōhō 18 (1733), he was appointed as an attendant to Lords Baien-in and Ganshō-in, with his seat rank appointed above that of ometsuke-ban
