ただし右の勤番中、心を付けて精出し滞りなく相勤めた段を仰せ出されたこと
一 同4年（亥年）3月 山形へ勤番のため赴き、同年9月に帰参した
ただし、この度から御人数を減らされ、御目付両人にて主役を仰せ付けられたこと
一 同年11月 この度の山形勤番主役の手始めのところ、三之丸御取り払いに付いては御用も多い中、諸事滞りなく精出し相勤めたことにより、御褒美として御上下一具を下賜された
