現代語訳
一 元禄十二年（1699年）五月、親の願い出の通り、御擬作（見習い）として十二石三人扶持を下賜され、真照院様の御徒（歩行組）に召し出されたこと
一 同十三年（1700年）九月、真照院様の御病気の際に骨折って勤務したことにより、麻の裃一式を下賜されたこと
一 同十五年（1702年）七月、三石一人扶持の加増を下賜され、御懐守（おふところもり）を仰せ付けられたこと
一 同年十一月、御髪番（おかみばん）を仰せ付けられたこと
一 宝永元年（1704年）五月、前年冬の大地震の際に昼夜を問わず骨折って勤務したことにより、銀子一枚を下賜されたこと
一 同二年（1705年）三月、跡式（家督相続）として御知行百石を相違なく下賜され、今まで通り御懐守の勤務を続けるよう仰せ出された。これまでの御擬作（見習い身分）は召し上げられたこと
一 同三年（1706年）五月、真照院様が初めて江戸城に登城される際に入番として勤務し、その後の登城の度に入番として勤務したこと

1. In the 5th month of Genroku 12 (1699), as requested by his parent's petition, he was granted a provisional position (gisaku) with a stipend of 12 koku and provisions for 3 people, and was summoned to serve in the ashigaru (foot soldiers) unit of Lord Shinsho-in.
2. In the 9th month of the same 13th year (1700), he was granted a hemp ceremonial outfit (kamishimo) for his diligent service during Lord Shinsho-in's illness.
3. In the 7th month of the same 15th year (1702), he received an additional stipend of 3 koku and provisions for 1 person, and was appointed as御懐守 (ofukuro-mori, personal attendant/bodyguard).
4. In the 11th month of the same year, he was appointed to the hair attendant position (okami-ban).
5. In the 5th month of Hōei 1 (1704), he was granted one piece of silver for his day and night diligent service during the great earthquake of the previous winter.
6. In the 3rd month of the same 2nd year (1705), he inherited the family position and was granted a fief of 100 koku without any reduction, and was ordered to continue his duties as personal attendant as before. His previous provisional status was revoked.
7. In the 5th month of the same 3rd year (1706), he served as guard duty (iriban) when Lord Shinsho-in first visited Edo Castle, and continued to serve guard duty for every subsequent castle visit.
