現代語訳
一、同日、御医師河野松庵老人の薬の服用が明日三日で三回りになるため、来る四日に出立して帰りたい旨を松庵老人が申し達したが、五日から土用に入るため、暑中の二、三日の御様子を診察願いたい旨を、吉邦様から御老中まで御書（三日付）を提出された。
一、六月六日、御様子が快方に向かわれたため、河野松庵老人が明日七日に出立するにつき、御祝儀として綿百把・鯖五十刺を遣わされた。
吉邦様からは御使者を通じて銀三百枚・昆布一箱・鯣一箱・御樽代千疋を遣わされた。
一、同月七日、御医師河野松庵老人が福井を出立し、江戸表へ帰られた。
ただし、これについて熊谷小兵衛が付き添いとして指名された。
一、同日、右同様につき御礼のため、御使者皆川多左衛門勝房を江戸表へ派遣し、今日福井を出立した。
ただし、多左衛門は同月二十一日に江戸に到着し、二十三日に御用番へ御書を提出した。
一、八月二十七日、御様子が昨日から優れないため、有賀玄哲一閑の薬を中止し、田代万貞長救の薬を御服用になることになった。
一、九月朔日、御用番井上河内守正峯殿からお呼び出しがあり、御留守居大関新五左衛門直看が出向いたところ、御病気をお尋ねの御奉書に宿継証文を添えてお渡しいただいた。右の御奉書は御先物頭簗田太郎大夫為長が持参し、伝馬町問屋まで差し遣わした。

1. On the same day, since physician Kono Shoan's medicine would complete its third cycle in three days, the elderly Shoan requested to depart on the 4th to return home. However, since the midsummer period (doyo) would begin on the 5th, Lord Yoshikuni submitted a letter to the Senior Councilors (dated the 3rd) requesting that Shoan examine his condition for two or three days during the hot season.
1. On June 6th, since his condition was improving, as physician Kono Shoan would depart tomorrow the 7th, as congratulatory gifts, 100 bundles of cotton and 50 skewers of mackerel were given to him.
From Lord Yoshikuni, through a messenger, 300 pieces of silver, one box of kelp, one box of dried squid, and 1,000 mon for sake were given.
1. On the 7th of the same month, physician Kono Shoan departed from Fukui and returned to Edo.
However, regarding this, Kumagai Kobei was assigned as his escort.
1. On the same day, for the same matter mentioned above, as thanks, messenger Minagawa Tazaemon Katsufusa was sent to Edo, departing from Fukui today.
However, Tazaemon arrived in Edo on the 21st of the same month and submitted the official letter to the duty officer on the 23rd.
1. On August 27th, since his condition had not been good since yesterday, the medicine of Ariga Gentetsu Ichikan was discontinued and the medicine of Tashiro Mansada Chokyu was to be taken.

On September 1st, there was a summons from duty officer Inoue Kawachi-no-kami Masamine, and when the Edo representative Oseki Shingoemon Naomi appeared, he was given an official letter inquiring about the illness with attached post-station certificates. This official letter was brought by senior attendant Yanada Tarodayu Tamenaga and sent to the Denmacho wholesale agent.
