吉邦様志摩守《割書：直｜丘》様御登城被成候処於御白書院縁頬
吉品様御願之通御隠居御家督無御相違被 仰出候旨御用番
本多伯耆守《割書：正｜永》殿御達有之相済志摩守様此御屋形江御越
右之趣被 仰上夫ゟ御請之為 御名代御老中御廻勤御隠居之
為御礼 御名代信濃守《割書：直｜之》様御老中并御側御用人間部越前守《割書：詮｜房》殿

宝永七年庚寅（1710年）
一 七月五日
吉邦様（志摩守直丘様）が登城された際、御白書院縁頬において、
吉品様の願い通り隠居と家督相続が相違なく仰せ出された旨を、御用番の
本多伯耆守正永殿からお達しがあり、事が済んでから志摩守様がこの御屋形にお越しになった。
右の趣旨を仰せ上げられ、それから御請けのための御名代として御老中を御廻勤され、隠居の
御礼のための御名代として信濃守直之様が御老中並びに御側御用人の間部越前守詮房殿に

Item: Fifth day of the seventh month
When Lord Yoshikuni (Shima-no-kami Naotaka) attended the castle, at the veranda of the O-hakushoin (White Study Hall), it was announced through the duty official Honda Hōki-no-kami Masanaga that Lord Yoshishina's request for retirement and succession had been approved without modification. After this matter was concluded, Lord Shima-no-kami came to this mansion.
The above matter was reported, and thereafter, as a proxy for receiving acknowledgment, he made rounds to the rōjū (senior councilors), and as a proxy for retirement gratitude, Shinano-no-kami Naoyuki visited the rōjū and the goyō-gakari (personal attendant) Manabe Echizen-no-kami Akifusa.
