御座候此度之災害遁候村方ハ無御座候所山中筋ハ
犀川水湛并道形多分抜覆往来不相成場も
多く委細取調も出来兼候へ共去ル十日迄追々相糺
候分城下町ゟ山里村ニ凡潰家半潰家共八千七百四
十七軒程死人怪我人共三千九百廿四人程斃牛馬
弐百三拾五疋程御座候右等之次第ニ而死失潰家無之村方ハ
纔之儀ニ而可在之歎息至極奉存候勿論救方手当
精々申付候へ共差向苗代時ニも罷成麦作取入等肝要之
季節ニも追々相成候処震ハ漸々軽く相成候へ共鳴動ハ今以
数十度在之百性共恐怖悲歎ニ沈ミ途ヲ失ひ忙然
と而已罷在候付役人共差出シ撫肓為致候へ共安居仕
兼加之川中島平之儀は犀川水湛ニ而流水無之
