御聴に達し、難儀であろうとお思し召しになり、これにより金千五百両の拝借を
仰せ付けられました。返納の件については御勘定奉行へご相談すべきことです。

Regarding the damage to the magistrate's office residence quarters and other buildings due to the earthquake in your domain, and the considerable number of abandoned places and damaged lands within the domain, your request for a loan has
reached His [Lordship's] attention. Thinking that this must be a great hardship, he has therefore authorized a loan of 1,500 ryō.
Regarding repayment, you should consult with the Finance Magistrate.
The above was announced by Yamashiro-no-kami at Nami-no-ma, with the Senior Councilors in attendance, and the written notice was delivered.
