One: Regarding the great damage to the castle residence quarters and other buildings due to the earthquake in your domain, and the complete destruction affecting both retainers and townspeople, your request for a loan has reached His [Lordship's] attention. Thinking that this must be a great hardship, he has therefore authorized a loan of 3,000 ryō. Regarding repayment, you should consult with the Finance Magistrate.
The above was announced by Yamashiro-no-kami at Nami-no-ma, with the Senior Councilors in attendance, and the written notice was delivered.

reached His [Lordship's] attention. Thinking that this must be a great hardship, he has therefore authorized a loan of 10,000 ryō.
Regarding repayment, you should consult with the Finance Magistrate.
