私の領分である越後国長岡において、先月十四日に信濃川が急激に満水となり、通常の水位より一丈余り増水し、地面の低い田畑が水に覆われた場所は以下の通りです。

In my domain of Nagaoka in Echigo Province, on the 14th of last month, the Shinano River suddenly flooded, rising more than one jō above normal water levels, inundating low-lying rice fields and dry fields in the following locations:
- 10,137 koku within Koshi District
- 4,504 koku within Mishima District
Total: 14,641 koku
- Broken embankments, sluices, bridges, and various other damages elsewhere
