また九月十一日、十五日、十九日は、皆龍神が玉帝に朝する日である。

十月初五日《割書：風信暴》初十日《割書：水仙王颶》二十日《割書：東嶽が天に朝する》二十六日《割書：翁爹颶》

また十月初八日、十五日、二十七日は、皆東府君が玉皇に朝する日である。

十一月十四日《割書：水伯暴》二十七日《割書：普安颶》二十九日《割書：西嶽が天に朝する》

十二月二十四日《割書：送神颶。また掃塵風と名づく。》

およそ風暴の日期に遇うときは、本日にあらずんば、則ち前後三日の中にある。また箕・壁・翼・軫の四宿も、また風を起こすことを主る。皆当に謹んでこれを避くべし。

風信考ここに至るまで、皆指南広義の載するところ、或いは禁忌方書を採るもの、或いは海師柁工の記するところに出ずるものである。その語は尽く雅馴ならずといえども、参考するに多く験あり。今これに附して以て後の来者に告ぐ。

Also, the 8th, 15th, and 27th days of the tenth month are all days when the Eastern Lord pays court to the Jade Emperor.

Eleventh month, 14th day [marginal note: Water Earl Storm], 27th day [marginal note: Pu'an Hurricane], 29th day [marginal note: Western Peak pays court to Heaven]

Twelfth month, 24th day [marginal note: Sending Off Gods Hurricane. Also called Dust-Sweeping Wind.]

In general, when encountering dates of wind and storms, if not on the actual day, then it occurs within three days before or after. Also, the four constellations of Ji, Bi, Yi, and Zhen likewise govern the arising of winds. One should be cautious and avoid them all.

The "Wind Signal Investigation" up to this point is all based on what is recorded in the "Comprehensive Guide to Navigation," either adopting from books on taboos and divination, or deriving from records by sea captains and helmsmen. While the language is not entirely refined and elegant, when cross-referenced, it proves accurate in many cases. Now I append this to inform those who come after.
