けて説明したが応じなかった。そこで大刀を貸すと、すぐに取って跳び行き、
彼の凶人を斬り、首を提げて帰り、私に刀を返し、飛び跳ねて
喜ぶこと限りなし。○彼もまた手振りで問う「遠方より追手を
殺したのは何によってか」と。そこで死体を転がして銃傷を示すと、鮮血が流
出して魂気がまだ去らない。すぐに彼に命じて直ちに砂を掘り
二つの大穴を作らせ、二つの死体を埋めて、他の凶人に見せない
ようにした。その埋めること僅かに二杯の茶を飲む時間ほどであった。○弓矢を奪って
