Accordingly, he is to be entered into the official register (hondei), and the distribution is to be made from the current land yield (tōmotonari), with the draft of the vermillion seal document (goshuin) to be prepared and duly communicated. However, since Koyanagawa Kinojō had passed away without having submitted a petition for an adopted heir during his lifetime, all associated rights and properties had been subject to forfeiture (torishubushi).
