砺波郡
一《場所：松永村》道林寺村長村領山之内に源氏か峰と唱申城
跡御座候平家方之大将籠城之処木曽義仲被及軍落城
之由申伝候唯今は柴山にて御座候
一名畑村領山之内に小屋か谷内と申所佐々内蔵助陣小屋
之跡之由にて今以小屋か谷内と唱申候
一臼谷村領之内におしらひ山と唱申山之峰に林御座候て此
所を権現と敬ひ申候此山へ女人登申事禁制之由申伝候
に付今以所之女登り不申候此山之下に寺跡石場之体有之候
只今は畠并野にて御座候
一松尾村領之内立石と申所に大石御座候たけ弐拾丈許

《題：越中国砺波射水郡由来》
砺波郡
一【場所：松永村】道林寺村・長村の領地内の山中に「源氏ヶ峰」と呼ばれる城跡がある。平家方の大将が籠城したところ、木曽義仲が攻撃を仕掛けて落城したと言い伝えられている。現在は柴山となっている。
一 名畑村の領地内の山中に「小屋ヶ谷内」という場所があり、佐々内蔵助の陣小屋跡であるといわれ、今でも小屋ヶ谷内と呼ばれている。
一 臼谷村の領地内に「おしらひ山」と呼ばれる山があり、その峰に林があって、この場所を権現として敬っている。この山へは女性が登ることが禁止されていると言い伝えられており、そのため今でも地元の女性は登らない。この山の麓には寺跡と思われる石の配置があるが、現在は畑や野原となっている。
一 松尾村の領地内の「立石」という場所に大石があり、高さは二十丈ほどである。

1. [Location: Matsunaga Village] Within the territory of Dōrinji Village and Chō Village, there is a castle ruin called "Genji-ga-mine" (Minamoto Peak). It is said that when a Heike general took refuge in this castle, Minamoto no Yoshinaka (Kiso Yoshinaka) attacked it and the castle fell. It is now a brushwood mountain.
1. Within the territory of Nabata Village, there is a place called "Koya-ga-yauchi" (Hut Valley), which is said to be the site of Sasa Kuranosuke's military camp, and it is still called Koya-ga-yauchi today.
1. Within the territory of Usuya Village, there is a mountain called "Oshirahi-yama," with a forest on its peak. This place is revered as a gongen (avatar of Buddha). It is said that women are forbidden to climb this mountain, so local women still do not climb it today. At the base of this mountain, there are stone arrangements that appear to be temple ruins, but they are now fields and meadows.
1. In a place called "Tateishi" (Standing Stone) within the territory of Matsuo Village, there is a large stone approximately twenty jō (about 60 meters) in height.
